Experienced management who would ask for something and, when it was done, get mad because you didn’t deliver something else that wasn’t asked for, retaliation when speaking up about a project and something that needs to be considered when implementing the project. Ignored concerns around missing information for required reporting and then blamed the people who advised that the information was missing when it because a problem. Not setting goals even when people would ask or provide their own and at the end of the year say the team didn’t meet the goals they had for them. These were again never communicated. This was a recurring theme every year.
