A campaign to make workplaces healthier, safer and more inclusive in Australia through activism,
education and legislative reform
In July 2023, Stefanie Costi shared her own experiences with workplace bullying and subsequent diagnosis of post-traumatic stress disorder on LinkedIn.
The response was staggering.
Within just three days, thousands of people from various industries reached out to share their own stories of hardship and resilience.
Inspired by this overwhelming response, Stefanie is launching the Bona Fide Workplaces campaign.
This initiative calls on governments across Australia to implement legislation mandating education on workplace health and safety in schools, universities and workplaces. The proposed curriculum will address critical issues such as bullying, harassment, fairness at work and unreasonable work demands.
You have the power to make this campaign a success:
Add Your Signature: Sign the petition. The more signatures we gather, the stronger our message becomes. We need to demonstrate that workplace bullying and harassment affect not just a few, but many.
Share Your Story: Your experiences matter. Whether big or small, every story contributes to a broader narrative. Sharing your journey can help others feel less alone and encourage more people to join our cause.
Spread the Word: Use your network to amplify this campaign. Share on social media, discuss it with friends and colleagues, and help us reach those who may be impacted by workplace issues.
With enough signatures and stories, Stefanie plans to present this compelling evidence to Members of Parliament nationwide and advocate for the passage of this essential legislation.
Together, we can create healthier and safer workplaces for all Australians.
